How to use Can be applied with a roller, paint brush or sprayer. Thin with 5-10 % clean water for brush and roller, and 10-20% for sprayer. Surface preparation for old plaster Scrub off deteriorated old paint (a wire brush is not recommended). Scrub areas with mould or algae using a fungicide solution (available at Baan Sabai stores), then leave to dry for at least 24 hours. Cracked areas Fill properly with putty. Priming New plaster: leave the wall to dry for at least 1 month, and allow at least 2 hours of drying before applying the topcoat. Old plaster that is badly deteriorated, or old paint that is very chalky: apply 1 coat of oil-based old-plaster primer, and allow at least 2 hours of drying before applying the topcoat.
